Hi guys! I would like to know if you can load MiDi file in the ddrum 4 se brain, with ddrum4tool.exe on the windows 7?? Each time I have an ERR message on the brain.
Do you know an other program to load the drum song?
Thanks!!!

Are you sure that your midi cables are hooked up properly ? Also what interface are you using to connect your ddrum4SE module to your PC ?

I used a Prodipe Midi 1i/1o cable 1In, 1 OUT, there is no driver for this cable with windows 7 so for me it's ok. It's detect by windows and I find it in the ddrum4tool MIDI configuration. I put it in midi out and when I try to send the file I have ERR message display on the ddrum brain. I had try with XP pro on the other computer and I have the same problem as well... Maybe the cable?

I don't have any personal experience with using a Prodipe set up . I've used an M-Audio Uno - 1-In/1-Out USB Bus-Powered MIDI Interface with both XP and Windows 7 with no issues when the interface was connected as follows . Midi in on cable to Midi in on the module Midi out on cable to Midi out on the module Here's a step by step walk through that I posted about using the M-Audio Uno interface yours might have a similar approach . unofficially-ddrum.proboards.com/thread/11/uploading-samples-using-audio-unosam(otacon28)
