Problem with DDrum SE4 and Audio

Hello dear folks,

i bought my ddrum Module in the 90s and didnt use it for years. After all i connect it again and have the following poblems:

When i play my sounds from the Module (not midi) the sounds are working on the beginning. But after a while, the sounds
begin to chope. it sounds like a stacato. And sometimes the sounds doesnt come from the module (but i see the input LED of the pad).

I realize this also on the trigger button. When i push a trigger button, there is no sound, or the sound is coming with a latency.

Two weeks ago the module was on a chair without something hard under the Module. So the module get very hot.

Some ideas?

This is probably the damp feature gone insane. It happens sometimes. Not sure why. It usually goes away after a while.
