Master volume turned down or off, I hit the pad and a puff sound comes from my JBL. When I turn up the master volume the puff sound is added to the sample. this goes for snare and toms. I think the module is porked. I reset the module, no joy. Any ideas, or is it history?

Is the problem on all 6 outputs?

Small update, no problem with the signal from headphone output. Got to hook it back up to the PA and try again. Gear stored but it looks like the module can be used. A mine DDrum 4 SE back in business. Cam never have too many DDrum modules.

I'm thinking that some of the output capacitors have been damaged. Could happen if the outputs are connected using a 1/4" to XLR cable, to an input that has +48V phantom power on. The capacitors can be replaced.
