Every time I see one recently posted out there its gobbled up. Im actually looking for two of them. I used one once and it made me hate all my other trigger pedals.

Is this tha kat one which has a beater surface shaped like a cats head? If so i had one of these many moons ago, i too loved it. After a while the transducer broke behind the play surface, i replaced it but then the foam pad deterioted and it became a bit of a lost cause so i sold it on ebay. but agreed it was a great feeling, looking kick pad. I regularly sear drum kat, kat and dauz on ebay but theres very little( saw a drumkat the other week that had faults) Ive still got 3 smallish dauz tom pads but one has a crack in the casing and the rubbers gone a bit hard.

I believe he is looking for the Fat Kat pedal that drumkat and Drum Tech both released that is a beater less pedal that are gray in color . The one you're mentioning is a called the KicKat and has 4 carpet spikes / spurs on it . They made these pedals in both the Hat Kat & Fat Kat models . The Fat Kat is more for accessory or bass drum use but can also be used for a switch pedal , where the Hat Kat is a hihat pedal that can also be used as a function pedal and a trigger pedal too . sam(otacon28)

I just listed a "cats paw" on my local Delaware Craigslist, delaware.craigslist.org/msg/2787975897.htmlbefore sending it to fleabay. Is this what your looking for? I picked up a Techstar set this past summer so some stuff has to go $100 price is just a starting point Attachments:

Not sure if the cover is original. I bought it used about 10 years ago. It's spent most of its time under my desk as a practice pad with a spare pedal. The cover dosn't seem to affect the sensitivity that much. With the 4 spikes it wont move and its built like a tank
