Hi again. This is something I forgot to bring up in my first post. Is it preferable to trigger samples from my Korg synthesizer through Midi vs dumping the sounds into the ddrum4 brain? I read in a post on soundonsound by Gavin Harrison where he mentions time delay in triggering (4.6 ms). Is this something I should be concerned about and/or can it be avoided? The post mentioned above can be found at www.soundonsound.com/sos/sep04/articles/livesound.htmThanks Jemp

It's pretty simple - the less equipment the signal has to route through, the less latency you'll experience. The ddrum4 will trigger faster if you load the soyunds into it as compared to just using it as a Trigger to MIDI interface and triggering the sounds in an external sampler like your Korg.
