I've noticed that the ddrum4 tool exists in at least two versions.
The common version is 1.10 (check by selecting "about" in the help-menu), i e the version that you most likely will get when you download the tool at various places.
However, on my original CD from Clavia the tool is of version 1.11.
Anyone knows the difference?
Is there possibly an even newer version? My CD is probably not of the latest issue, since it doesn't contain the SE sounds - despite the module is an SE v1.50...

I know that in the past there has been some issues they were having with the uploading tool so there's a good chance at the time when this software was being put together that one of these versions could be quite possibly the updated version with bug fixes and things like that .

I was just wondering if anyone knows why the commonly available version for downloading is not the latest (obviously)...

Please note that any software (or hardware for that matter) capable of sysex dump will work. On a 64-bit machine the driver for M-audio audiophile 2496 for examples causes ddrum4tool not to work. I use Reaper instead.
