Hi there,
My name is Rob Held, I'm from the Netherlands and I own à ddrum AT and a ddrum 4 unit. I have à problem with connecting a ddrum hihat controller to my ddrum4 unit, when I connect it with à stereo cable I cannot select hihat on the trigger input. I am wondering of there's someone who can help me out with this problem? I have version 1.14
Kind regards, Rob Held

Are you plugging the stereo cable for your hi hat controller into input 10 on your ddrum module ? I'd have to check to confirm this but I believe input 10 is the only channel on the module that will actually show the hi hat ( hht ) as one of the trigger type selections available for that input on the module . Also if that does solve your problem make sure you calibrate the hi hat controller so it pairs up and responds to your particular module . It only needs done once and here's the step by step method for doing it . unofficially-ddrum.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=technical&action=display&thread=222sam(otacon28)

Hi sam,
Tnx for your answer! Yes I've plugged in the stereo cable to input 10 but I stil can't see HHT in the display. Could it be the firmware? I have V1.14 on it, zo it's the oldest one.... Should I upgrade? And also tnx for the link to calibrate the hihat.
regards, Rob
