Hi ddrum users
I Wander how can I adjust the midi output velocity on ddrum4 SE ?
I dont want to change the sensitivity knobs on my ddrum4 because the sensitivity is good with internal sounds of ddrum4.
Now Im trigering SSD 5.5 via midi and recorded midi velocity is too high ?
Is there any trick?

I recommend the Reaper plug in pack www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/and for example JS MIDI Velocity control. I don't think the dd4 has any way of affecting velocity sent via midi.

Hi fender123On the dd4, the System->opt setting can be adjusted between 0-127 and will send out cc#7 (volume control) as you rotate the dial. Not sure if this provides what you need in SSD (or if SSD responds to cc#7) but maybe something to try. The dd4 will still send the individual velocity value un-altered. Cheers! Ken
