I have bought a snare ddrumpad, comming next week, but i am not sure what type of pad it is. It looks like a ddrum3 pad, like the photo: But mine has a red stripe on the side. But on the back it only says ddrum pad. I have googled but cannot find the same pad. Hopefully anyone here knows.

Pads with the red stripe are ddrum2. Pads with the grey stripe is ddrum3. The latter features positioning.

He Krillo thanks for the reply (seem like we are the only two members thats post in this forum ;-) ).
To bad that it's the ddrum2 pad, but for the price (20 euro's) is it a good backup pad.
Btw I'm getting two spare circuitboard for the ddrum3 so next week i have the second ddrum3 module. I could get some "graveyard" circuitboard, only issue is that 1 trigger port is broken, but 9 is anought for me. And with some luck i can fix the port.
I let you know.

For 1 dollar you can change your ddr 2 pad into a 3! Remove the alu plate and glue a few sturdy foam pieces on tthe plastic bottom. Than return the plate !! Thats it. Its a matter of very light pressure on the alu plate!! Thats all. Uh and we paid 300 dollar more for a precission pad years ago ? Yes we did............
